How to Get Started
Follow these simple steps to set up your LoanPro application and start managing your loans efficiently
Download the Desktop App
Download and install the LoanPro desktop application on your Windows computer
Copy Access Token
Go to your profile page, copy the access token and enter it into the app to authenticate
Database Setup
Navigate to Settings → Database Setup & Configuration, then click "Install Setup"
Fingerprint Setup
Go to Settings → Fingerprint Setup and run the biometric scanner configuration
Ready to Go!
Your LoanPro application is now fully configured and ready for use
Biometric Setup Required
For Pro and Enterprise users, ensure your Secu-Hamster Pro 20-AP Fingerprint Scanner is connected before proceeding with Step 4. This is essential for accessing biometric authentication features.
System Requirements
Check off your system capabilities before installing:
- Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
- 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended)
- 500 MB free disk space
- Internet connection for cloud sync
- Secu-Hamster Pro 20-AP Fingerprint Scanner (Pro/Enterprise)
- Active subscription plan

Installation Guide

Click the blue Download for Windows button above

Run
Open the LoanPro-Setup-1.0.1.exe file from your Downloads folder

Install
Follow the wizard, accept terms, and choose your installation location

Launch & Login
Open LoanPro and sign in with your account credentials
If you get a security warning, that's normal! Click "More info" then "Run anyway"

Device Binding Setup
Secure your account with device binding (required for Pro/Enterprise plans)
Connect Scanner
Plug in your Secu-Hamster Pro 20-AP fingerprint scanner via USB
Enroll Fingers
Scan 4-5 fingers for biometric authentication setup
Bind Device
Confirm device binding in LoanPro settings
Start Using
